Equipment warranties for all products sold by RedEase are administered directly through the manufacturer of each product. As a reseller, RedEase makes every effort to ensure equipment is reliable, prior to shipping. Therefore, RedEase does not offer or imply a warranty of our own. In the event of equipment failures within the warranty period, customers may obtain assistance with their manufacturer warranty through the RedEase Support Help Center, at regular rates. To use the Help Center, customers are required to have a current Support subscription.
This approach is more cost effective for our customers than in-store product replacement plans. If you would like to buy an extended warranty on any of our products, please let us know and we will help you purchase them through the manufacturers.
